OpenLab and TokenTraxx Partner to Unveil Audio-Visual NFT Collection
Ibiza-based music platform Open Lab announced that it is partnering with TokenTraxx to reveal their first NFT audiovisual collection, bringing together cutting-edge talent and exciting names in the visual arts.
OpenLab and TokenTraxx are two big names in the NFT world, continuing their collaboration with an audio-visual NFT collection titled ‘New network of mycelium‘. The collection draws heavily from mushrooms’ networked roots, taking collaboration as a starting point for imaginative and creative starts in difficult times, and follows their Future Pass early access. With this collection, it will see both platforms continue their goal of being an epicenter of independent music, also providing a platform for talented artists in the music and arts space.
The “New Mycelium Network” collection sees a group of artists from different mediums come together. First, OpenLab and TokenTraxx have teamed up Ellie Pritts with Kate Simko. An art space advocate and classically trained cellist, Pritts curates eye-catching psychedelic artwork, combining AI technology with old-school technology and complex coding techniques to form his creations. On the other hand, Simko is the founder of LEO – the London Electronic Orchestraan all-female fusion of orchestral and electronic music who also worked alongside Jamie Jones and Seth Troxler while teaching electronic music to The Royal College of Music. Both masters in their art forms, Pritts and Simko have curated unique works of art for this collection that anyone would jump at the chance to own.
That’s not all, because OpenLab and TokenTraxx also brought in a Japanese digital artist Saeko Eharawho has a fascination with glitter and is also a VJ who creates art that responds in real time to music, and xiaolin (Olivia Xiaolin), a producer and DJ who fuses very different genres such as jazz and acid house.
On July 29, a very limited number of OpenLab Future Passes will be made available through TokenTraxx for early access to this exclusive NFT drop, so be sure to visit the website here to check out more information. Be sure to keep an eye on these platforms as well, as their collaborative journey into the exciting realm of digital art has only just begun.
