Project Audio Visual appoints Matthew Bailey to lead

Microsoft Teams Rooms integration specialist Project Audio Visual has appointed Matthew Bailey to lead Microsoft Alliance – Europe to nurture customer partnerships during a period of exponential growth.

Project Audio Visual has installed over 3,000 Microsoft Teams Rooms since pivoting to focus solely on hybrid work environments. The company has doubled its workforce in the last six months, and Bailey joins the thriving team as a figurehead to continue that growth by nurturing customer relationships and developing supplier partnerships.

Bailey comes to Project Audio Visual with over 25 years of IT experience, specializing in unified communications. He joins from Crestron, where he was the company’s regional UC sales manager for the UK and Ireland, focusing on end-user MTR projects. Bailey takes on this pivotal role for Project Audio Visual, bridging the gap between its integration team, manufacturers and end users.

Bailey comments, “What Steve, Don and the team have accomplished over the past two years is phenomenal. They understood the dynamism of the market and maximized all development and growth efforts, but also invested heavily financially in UC solutions to ensure the project was completed. So when the opportunity to join this forward-thinking Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications company presented itself, the decision was simple. I will strive to improve their offering with an end-to-end view, both from a product and end-user perspective. They have been inspiring, have big aspirations and a clear strategy – there is a lot on the horizon!

Bailey’s experience spans the UK, Europe, North America and APAC, which will further support Project Audio Visual in revamping its global infrastructure.
